Join us for an intimate five-course Chef’s Table experience inspired by where the forest meets the Mediterranean. This communal evening centers around paella and the wines that elevate it, weaving together coastal tradition, seasonal ingredients, and Brasa’s open-fire influence.
Guided by our Chef and Wine Ambassador, each course is thoughtfully introduced with stories of origin, technique, and flavor—exploring the history of paella, the regional roots of each dish, and how Old World wine traditions complement bold, expressive ingredients. Expect layered flavors, intentional pairings, and a deeper look at how land, fire, and sea shape what’s on the table.
