Hors d'oeuvre - Shrimp Cocktail ~ chilled jumbo shrimp with fresh horseradish infused cocktail sauce.
Starter - Bruschetta Classico ~ heirloom tomatoes dressed with seasonings & paired with whipped burrata.
Salad - Harvest Salad ~ kale & arugula salad complimented with sundried tomatoes, gorgonzola, toasted pinenuts and chickpeas, tossed in a sea salt, dill, lemon vinaigrette.
Main - Farfalle Old World Pasta ~ black garlic, sundried tomatoes, shallots, wild mushrooms, and pancetta tossed in a creamed black truffle sauce.
Dessert - Chocolate Ganache Tart ~ a triple layer of decadence with a chocolate crust, truffle-like interior, and a beautiful ganache glaze.
